Roberto Sanchez
Research Technician
Roberto graduated from UC Merced in 2019 with an emphasis in microbiology and immunology. He spent the beginning of his research career working on discovering bacteriophages for staphylococcus aureus. His interests in microorganisms and future foods is what led him to Triton Algae Innovations to learn about microalgae and help pave the road for the future food industry.
