Associate Scientist

Oscar A. Gonzalez joined Triton Algae Innovations Ltd. in July 2015 and is an Associate Scientist dedicated to developing and implementing scalable fermentation processes. Oscar brings over 10 years of fermentation expertise to Triton. Prior to joining Triton, Oscar worked at British Petroleum Biofuels as a research associate where he worked in the Lignocellulosic ethanol research and production team. Prior to British Petroleum, Oscar worked as a process development associate helping to implement production strategies in Verenium’s pilot plant.

Oscar A. Gonzalez earned his BS in Biotechnology from The University of California in Davis and his Masters of Biotechnological Sciences from the California State University San Marcos.
