Hy joined Triton Algae Innovation’s Strain Team in May 2021 as one of the interns. At Triton, Hy handles the responsibilities of preparing the needed media and ensuring its sterility. Hy is excited to learn from each of the three research teams and wants to make a lasting impact here at Triton.
Hy is a second-year undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Biology at UC San Diego.
