Colleen Deyo
Associate Food Scientist
Colleen joined the Triton team in April, 2021 to support the development of plant-based products using Triton’s algae. She is thrilled to apply her experience in the plant-based industry to create sustainable seafood and more. Prior to joining Triton, Colleen worked on the development of plant-based chicken products with the goal of bringing them to price parity with chicken through novel processing methods. She also worked at the Good Food Institute to characterize plant proteins for use in food applications. Colleen holds a BS in Food Science from Cornell University.
